In order to check the status of your ticket(s), you should log in on with the credentials provided by your Account Manager. 

When you log in, you have two options to check the status of your ticket:

Option 1: Go to Tickets tab and you will see all your cases

Option 2: Click on the "Check ticket status" option available on top right corner

Either of these options will enable you to navigate through your cases and review the status of each ticket. 

If you are unsure what is the ticket status based on what you can see on the portal, feel free to use the Reply option at the bottom of the page. This will update the ticket and DevTech agent working on the ticket will come back to you with the information you requested.

Option 3: Reply on the email chain related to the Support ticket and make sure you have in the recipients list.
